基于胜任力的i-FIRST人才培养:专业知识技能——以5+3一体化临床医学专业医学影像学为例

摘　　要：新时代背景下医学人才培养面临新的挑战。本文总结了浙江大学医学院附属第一医院在教育教学改革、师资队伍建设及教学生态环境构建等方面的探索与实践,构建了以胜任力为导向i-FIRST“一心五化”拔尖创新医学人才培养模式。该模式依托医院全方位的教学保障策略,以学生成长为中心,通过实施规范化、生态化、个性化、质控化、全球化的培养策略,聚焦培养具有职业素养、国际化能力、科学研究能力、专业知识技能、教学能力、沟通能力、领导力、数智化能力、临床实践病人照护、终身学习能力的十大岗位胜任力的医学人才,以期为医学教育改革和人才培养提供借鉴和参考。In line with the State Council's guidelines on accelerating the development of medical education in China,the First Affiliated Hospital,Zhejiang University School of Medicine has innovatively proposed the i-FIRST talent development model.Using this model,our department has implemented a reform of radiology education within the 5+3 integrated clinical medicine program.This reform serves as a breakthrough point for constructing a refined,comprehensive teaching system that spans from theoretical lectures and clerkship teaching to internship training and residency programs.The aim is to enhance students'professional knowledge and skills in radiology throughout the entire educational process.Preliminary results have shown success,and this model can serve as a reference for other disciplines.
