摘 要:随着中国社会经济持续发展,人民对于健康服务的要求已经从简单的疾病诊治发展到预防、诊断、治疗及康复全周期全程化的健康服务需求。新型医学人才的培养目标也随之改变,从而需要优化现有医学人才培养理念及模式来满足新时代的人民需求。浙江大学医学院附属第一医院(简称浙大一院)提出了以胜任力为导向的i-FIRST拔尖创新医学人才培养模式。本文聚焦临床实践和病人照护能力培养,对有效的医患沟通能力、制定病人诊疗计划、熟练掌握常见技能操作、科技应用、提供健康教育、预防和保健服务及与他人合作以提供病人为中心的照护等核心要素进行培养模式探索。结果表明,浙大一院对医学生临床实践与病人照护能力的培养模式充分整合多种多样的教学资源,不仅提升了医学生专业理论考试成绩,也在临床实践过程中培养了医学生多层次的病人照护能力,满足了新时代国家对医学生在临床实践与病人照护这一关键核心能力方面的培养需求。With the continuous development of China's socio-economic landscape,public demand for healthcare services has evolved from simple disease diagnosis and treatment to comprehensive,continuous health services that span the entire prevention,diagnosis,treatment,and rehabilitation cycle.This shift in healthcare needs has driven a change in the training objectives for new medical professionals,necessitating the optimization of existing training concepts and models to meet the demands of the new era.The First Affiliated Hospital,Zhejiang University School of Medicine has introduced the"Competency-based i-FIRST"educational model.This model focuses on cultivating clinical practice and patient care capabilities,with an emphasis on six core competencies:effective communication with patients,development of patient care plans,proficiency in common clinical skills,integration of technology in practice,provision of patient education,preventive and health promotion services,and collaboration with others to ensure patient-centered care.The results show that the hospital has successfully integrated various teaching resources into a comprehensive training system that enhances medical students'clinical practice and patient care abilities.This system not only improves students'performance in theoretical exams but also fosters multi-layered patient care skills during clinical training.As a result,it meets the needs of the new era by addressing the key competencies required for clinical practice and patient care.
