摘 要:目的:探讨外科手术学基础课程中第二课堂对军队医学本科学员自我导向学习能力的影响,为临床教学改革提供依据。方法:选取某军医大学2019级大三年级学员82名作为研究对象,随机将其分为试验组和对照组。试验组40名学员,采用传统教学+第二课堂方式;对照组42名学员采用传统教学方式。课程结束后,采用问卷调查和理论、操作考核方式,比较两组学员的自我导向学习能力和课程成绩。结果:试验组自我导向学习能力总分及单个项目自我导向的学习意识、学习策略、学习行为、学习评价、人际关系得分及课程考核成绩得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:外科手术学基础第二课堂辅助教学模式的应用能有效提高军校医学本科学员的教学质量及自我导向学习能力。Objective:To explore the influence of the second classroom teaching model on the self-directed learning ability of military medical undergraduates in the Basic Surgery course,providing evidence for clinical teaching reform.Methods:A total of 82 third-year students from the 2019 cohort at a military medical university were randomly divided into an experimental group(40 students)and a control group(42 students).The experimental group was taught using a combination of traditional teaching and the second-classroom model,while the control group received only traditional teaching.After the course,the students'self-directed learning ability and course scores were compared through a questionnaire survey and theoretical and practical examinations.Results:The experimental group scored higher in total self-directed learning ability,including learning awareness,learning strategies,learning behaviors,learning evaluation,interpersonal relationships,and course assessments,compared to the control group.All differences were statistically significant(P<0.0%).Conclusion:The integration of the second classroom teaching model into the Basic Surgery course can effectively enhance the teaching quality and self-directed learning ability of military medical undergraduates.
