摘 要:目的:了解探究式小班化结合教师模拟标准化病人在妇产科教学中的应用效果。方法:在探究式小班化授课基础上,2016级学生结合病房临床见习,2017级学生结合教师模拟标准化病人进行临床见习,比较两组学生成绩情况。结果:2017级学生的过程考核、期末成绩和总成绩均显著高于2016级学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在妇产科运用探究式小班化结合教师模拟标准化病人,能显著提高教学效果。Objective:To explore the effect of inquiry-based small class teaching combined with teacher-simulated standardized patients in gynecology and obstetrics.Methods:Students of the 2016 cohort were taught using inquiry-based small class teaching combined with ward clinical practice,while students of the 2017 cohort were taught using inquiry-based small class teaching combined with teacher-simulated standardized patients for clinical practice.The final examination scores,process assessment,and total scores of both groups were compared.Results:The 2017 cohort had significantly higher scores in process assessments,final exams,and overall results compared to the 2016 cohort,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of inquiry-based small class teaching and teacher-simulated standardized patients in gynecology and obstetrics significantly improves teaching effectiveness.
