个性化教学在神经外科临床见习教学中的探索

摘  要:目的:探索个性化教学在神经外科临床见习教学中的效果。方法:2017级见习生进入神经外科接受个性化教学,与接受传统教学对比出科理论考核成绩、教学质量及学生满意度。结果:个性化教学可明显提高学生考核成绩(P<0.001),提升教学质量(P<0.001)。学生对见习指导教师、医疗组带教老师和科室满意度均为100%。结论:个性化教学可以提高学生学习兴趣,提升教学质量,并改善教学满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of personalized teaching in neurosurgery clerkship.Methods:Medical students of grade 2017 in the Neurosurgery Department were taught using personalized teaching.Their theoretical examination results,teaching quality,and satisfaction rates were compared with those of students who received traditional teaching.Results:The students who received personalized teaching achieved higher scores in the examination(P<0.001).Teaching quality scores were also significantly higher(P<0.001),and the satisfaction rates with the clerkship teacher,clinical teachers,and the department were 100%.Conclusion:Personalized teaching,which is well-received by students,can improve the quality of teaching and increase student satisfaction.
