摘 要:目的:探讨牙体牙髓病学与口腔基础学科整合式教学对培养学生诊疗思维能力的作用。方法:选取口腔医学专业本科学生作为研究对象,试验组龋病学部分以整合式教学授课,对照组根尖周病部分以传统方式授课;课程结束进行CBL病例考核和问卷调查。结果:试验组分数高于对照组,两者间的差异具有显著性(P<0.05);整合式教学方式得到学生的认可。结论:整合式教学能提高学生的临床诊疗分析能力。Objective:To explore the role of integrated teaching of endodontics and oral basic sciences in enhancing students'diagnostic and treatment thinking abilities.Methods:Dental undergraduate students were selected as subjects.The experimental group received integrated teaching for caries,while the control group received traditional teaching for periapical diseases.After the course,CBL case assessments and questionnaires were conducted.Results:The experimental group scored significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The integrated teaching approach was well-accepted by the students.Conclusion:Integrated teaching enhances students'clinical diagnostic and analytical skills.
