湖北省产教融合型企业建设与培育思考

摘　　要：产教融合型企业在职业教育人才培养中发挥了重要主体作用。以湖北省135家产教融合型企业为研究对象,采用文本分析、实地调研等方法,分析产教融合型企业参与技术技能人才培养情况,总结出企业在认定、建设、评价和保障体系上面临的挑战。由此提出优化认定标准、加强多元化协同、创新评价机制、落实保障体系等湖北省产教融合型企业建设与培育路径。Production-education integrated enterprises play an important role in vocational education talent training.This paper takes 135 production-education integrated enterprises in Hubei Province as the research objects,adopts textual analysis,field investigation and other methods,analyzes the participation of productioneducation integration enterprises in technical and skilled personnel training,and summarizes the challenges faced by enterprises in certification,construction,evaluation and guarantee system.Therefore,this paper proposes to optimize the construction and cultivation path of production-education integration enterprises in Hubei Province from the aspects of optimizing certification standards,strengthening diversified collaboration,innovating evaluation mechanisms and implementing security system.
