摘 要:随着我国高等教育进入初级普及化阶段,高职学生学历提升比例逐年递增。调查发现,学生对校本因素辅助专升本学习的效果相对满意,但仍存在课程设置不能满足学生学历提升需求、教师辅导与教学安排力度不足、激励措施不够完善以及学生对学校环境满意度低的问题,均不同程度影响学生的学历提升。在结合学生发展理论、发展情景理论以及量化分析的基础上,提出改革以衔接专升本考试的公共课和专业课课程设置;优化满足学历提升需求的教学安排,增强教师主体参与;设置院校奖励、同伴互助、家校合作的激励措施;创设学习友好型人文环境和物质环境等建议。As China’s higher education enters the stage of primary popularization,the proportion of vocational college students upgrading their academic qualifications is increasing year by year.The survey findings indicate that students are relatively satisfied with the effectiveness of school-based support factors in aiding their associate-to-bachelor’s degree programs.However,there are still several issues that affect students’academic upgrading to varying degrees,including curriculum design that fails to meet students’needs for academic advancement,lack of teacher guidance and teaching arrangements,imperfect incentive measures,and low student satisfaction with the school environment.Based on the integration of student development theory,development context theory,and quantitative analysis,the following recommendations are proposed:(1)Reform the curriculum design of public and specialized courses to align with the associate-to-bachelor’s degree examination requirements.(2)Optimize teaching arrangements to meet the needs of academic advancement and enhance teacher participation.(3)Establish incentive measures such as institutional rewards,peer assistance,and home-school cooperation.(4)Create a learning-friendly humanistic and material environment.
