摘　　要：李华是我国葡萄与葡萄酒工程学科奠基者和学科带头人之一,从事葡萄与葡萄酒学研究工作40多年,牵头创办了亚洲第一所葡萄酒学院,致力于将葡萄与葡萄酒学科建设与中国产业实践相结合,创立了从土地到餐桌的中国葡萄与葡萄酒学科理论研究体系。其学术研究集中于葡萄与葡萄酒学理论及实践应用、生态赋能与三产融合、国际交流与合作等领域,构建的葡萄与葡萄酒学科理论体系破解了中国葡萄酒产业发展的底层逻辑,创新的栽培管理模式突破了资源环境约束,引领的酿造技术变革重塑了行业竞争格局,搭建的葡萄酒国际学术交流平台促进了葡萄酒产业全球智慧共享与合作。其学术思想不仅为中国葡萄酒产业复兴提供了理论支撑,更为中国迈向世界葡萄酒强国奠定了实践路径。Professor Li Hua is the founder and leader of the discipline of Viticulture and Enology in China.He has been engaged in research on Viticulture and Enology for more than 40 years and founded the first wine academy in Asia.He is committed to combining the construction of viticulture and enology discipline with the practice in China,and created a theoretical system of the viticulture and enology discipline in China from the land to the dinner table.His academic research focuses on the theoretical and practical applications of Viticulture and Enology,ecological empowerment and integration of tertiary industries,international exchange and cooperation,and has made important theoretical achievements.The theoretical system of Viticulture and Enology discipline constructed by professor Li Hua has cracked the underlying logic of the development of China wine industry,the innovative cultivation management mode has broken through resource and environmental constraints,the leading brewing technology reform has reshaped the industry competition pattern,and the international academic exchange platform for wine has promoted global wisdom sharing and cooperation.His academic ideas not only provide theoretical support for the revival of China wine industry,but also lay a practical path for China to become a world wine power.
