摘 要:在葡萄酒生产数字化发展进程中,存在数据分散、信息整合难度大、知识利用不充分、专业人才不足等问题。作为新兴的知识表示技术,知识图谱展现了强大的语言理解及知识推理能力。为充分挖掘葡萄酒酿造数据价值,促进酿造技术智能化发展,基于可发现、可获取、可互操作和可复用的原则,采用七步法构建了葡萄酒酿造本体,在此基础上实现知识抽取、知识融合、知识加工、知识存储和知识应用,提出了面向葡萄酒酿造领域构建垂直知识图谱的思路及方法。基于知识图谱,深度挖掘葡萄酒酿造知识,实现智能检索、知识问答、辅助决策三大应用,促进葡萄酒生产数字化转型升级,提升产业新质生产力水平。In the process of digital development of wine production,there were many problems such as the dispersion of wine brewing datas,the difficulty of information integration,the insufficient utilization of knowledge and the shortage of wine-making talents.As an emerging knowledge representation technology,knowledge graph has shown strong language understanding and knowledge reasoning ability.In order to fully mine the wine brewing datas and promote the intelligent development of brewing technology,based on the principles of findability,accessibility,interoperability and reusability,this paper adopted the seven-step method to construct the wine brewing ontology.On this basis,knowledge extraction,knowledge fusion,knowledge processing,knowledge storage and knowledge application were realized,and the idea and method of constructing vertical knowledge graph for the field of wine brewing were proposed.Based on the knowledge graph,the knowledge of wine brewing was deeply excavated,so as to realize the three functions of intelligent retrieval,knowledge question answering,and auxiliary decision-making,to promote the digital transformation and upgrading of wine production,and to improve new quality productivity of wine industry.
