摘 要:谷氨酸提取工艺一直是谷氨酸发酵行业关注的焦点,如何寻找最优的工艺来提高晶体质量、降低成本和实现清洁生产是行业目前研究的重点。在现行的谷氨酸提取工艺中,往往将变晶母液中的谷氨酸浓缩水解后与发酵液按比例混合、等电结晶工艺回收。该工艺虽然能够有效地实现母液中残留谷氨酸的回收提取,但也存在水解过程硫酸消耗大、不符合环保要求和影响产品收率等不足。为此,笔者对谷氨酸变晶母液处理工艺进行了改进,变晶母液升温维持后采用碟片离心机除去影响结晶效率的蛋白类杂质,再与发酵液浓缩液按比例混合后进入等电系统。研究结果显示:新工艺母液蛋白去除率达58%,等电谷氨酸质量分数提高了8.28%。该工艺具有操作简单、投资少和收率高等优点,可为谷氨酸高效、绿色提取提供参考。The extraction technique of glutamic acid has always been an issue in the glutamic acid fermentation industry.It is urgent to develop an efficient technique to improve crystal quality,reduce costs,and achieve clean production.In the current process,the recovery of glutamic acid from the crystal mother liquor often involve concentrated hydrolysis,mixing with fermentation broth,and the isoelectric crystallization process for recovery.Although this process can effectively recover and extract residual glutamic acid from the mother liquor,it also has shortcomings such as high consumption of sulfuric acid in the hydrolysis process,non-compliance with environmental requirements,and its effect on product yield.The authors have improved the processing technology of glutamic acid crystallization mother liquor.After the crystallization mother liquor was heated,protein impurities taht effect crystallization efficiency were removed using a disc centrifuge.The crystallization mother liquor was then mixed with the concentrated fermentation broth before entering the isoelectric system.The results show that the removal rate of protein in the mother liquor of the new process was 58%,and the mass fraction of isoelectric glutamic acid increased by 8.28%compared to before.The process has the advantages of simple operation and low investment,and can also provide a reference for efficient and eco-friendly extraction of glutamic acid.
