摘 要:围绕现代农业技术专业模块化教学改革,探讨其内涵、实施路径及成效。基于《国家职业教育改革实施方案》提出的“分工协作进行模块化教学”要求,结合成果导向教育(OBE)理念,构建了“平台+模块”的课程体系,以岗位能力需求为导向,将课程内容划分为独立模块,注重理论与实践结合,突出职业教育特色。设计了“基地、导师、课堂”三维配套的“1+N”教学模式,通过课程思政、劳动教育和“三新技术”的融合,强化学生的职业素养和综合能力;采用“三阶六步”策略,逐步实现从技能认知到实践应用的螺旋式提升。This study explored the modular teaching reform in the modern agricultural technology discipline,focusing on its connotation,im-plementation pathways,and outcomes.Aligned with the requirements of“team collaboration for modular teaching”advocated by National Vo-cational Education Reform Implementation Plan,combined with the outcome-based education(OBE)concepts,a“platform+module”curric-ulum system was constructed.Guided by post competence demands,the curriculum contents were divided into independent modules,the inte-gration of theory and practice was emphasized,the essence of vocational education was highlighted.A three-dimensional“1+N”teaching mod-el was designed with bases,mentors and classrooms.The students’professional quality and comprehensive abilities were strengthened through the integration of curriculum ideology,labor education,and three new technologies.Through a“three-stage,six-step”strategy,the spiral im-provement from skill cognition to practical application was gradually realized.
