摘 要:教材的规范使用是育人的要求和国家意志的体现,是高质量教学的基本依据,也是推动教学变革的依据,在教学变革和教师发展中发挥着支架作用。教材使用为教学活动的顺利展开提供学术路线,为教学活动划定边界和范围,并设定了教师发展的方向。规范使用中小学教材是从根本上确保教材的意识形态性和教材知识内容的科学性、维护教材知识结构的系统性,以及顺利推进课程改革和教师发展的需要。教材是课程的文本载体,规范使用教材是课程改革的重要内容,在规范的教材使用中要遵循的实践逻辑是:使教材的育人功能得以充分发挥、教材的价值得以增值、支持教学活动的开展和在研究中使用教材。为此,要维护教材的思想性、科学性和教育性,确保教材价值在使用中增值;提升教材使用能力,创新教材使用方式,推动教学实践变革;构建完善的教材使用保障体系,健全教材使用监管机制。The standardized use of textbooks is a requirement for educating students and a reflection of the will of the country.It is the basic basis for high-quality teaching and the basis for promoting teaching reform.It plays a supporting role in teaching reform and teacher development.The use of textbooks provides an academic roadmap for the smooth implementation of teaching activities,delineates boundaries and scope for teaching activities,and sets the direction for teacher development.Standardizing the use of primary and secondary school textbooks is fundamentally necessary to ensure the ideological and scientific content of textbooks,maintain the systematic structure of textbook knowledge,and smoothly promote curriculum reform and teacher development.Textbooks are the textual carriers of the curriculum,and the standardized use of textbooks is an important part of curriculum reform.In the standardized use of textbooks,the practical logic to be followed is to fully realize the educational function of textbooks,to increase the value of textbooks,to support the development of teaching activities,and to use textbooks in research.To this end,it is necessary to maintain the ideological,scientific,and educational nature of the textbooks,and ensure that the value of the textbooks increases in use;Enhance the ability to use textbooks,innovate the way textbooks are used,and promote changes in teaching practice;Establish a comprehensive system for ensuring the use of teaching materials and improve the supervision mechanism for the use of teaching materials.
