基于社会需求的地方性院校教育技术学专业人才培养探究

摘　　要：人才培养作为学科专业发展的参照物,旨在为高校培养社会所需人才提供参考方案。研究聚焦教育技术学专业的社会需求,对某师范大学近五年的毕业生和与之合作的用人单位进行调查研究。结果发现:被试者对学校的培养和毕业生的满意度处于整体偏上水平,但各维度间不均衡。在就业与实践指导维度上,互联网服务相关工作的毕业生显著高于从事教育相关工作的毕业生;在教学课程维度上,具备研究生学历的毕业生显著高于本科毕业的学生。对影响毕业生就业的因素进行综合排序,发现专业知识与技能因素、创新与实践能力和团队协作能力位列前三。毕业生和用人单位建议在人才培养中重点发展学生的实践创新与专业技能。最后,根据毕业生和用人单位的需求提出人才培养建议,以供参考。As a reference for the development of disciplines,talent cultivation aims to provide a reference scheme for colleges and universities to cultivate talents needed by the society.Focusing on the social demand of educational technology majors,the study conducts a survey on graduates of a normal university in the last five years and therr employers.The results find that the employers’satisfaction with school cultivation and graduates is higher than average level,but uneven among all dimensions.In terms of employment and practical guidance,the graduates of Internet service-related jobs are significantly higher than those of education-related jobs.In terms of teaching curriculum,graduates with postgraduate degree are significantly higher than those with bachelor degree.After ranking the influential factors to employment,it is found that professional knowledge and skills,innovation and practice ability and teamwork ability are the top three.Graduates and employers suggest that the emphasis should be placed on developing students’innovation ability and professional skills during the cultivation of talents.Finally,according to needs of graduates and employers,the paper puts forward suggestions on the talent cultivation for reference.
