摘　　要：新时代,终身学习成为社会发展的必然趋势。教师是健康人格的塑造者、学生的共同学习者、社会发展的促进者、创新能力的培养者。教师应主动更新知识,开展跨学科的通才学习,同时以网络远程学习,重塑学习行为的固态角色,以充分发展自我,协助受教育者自我实现。In the new era,lifelong learning has become an inevitable trend in social development.Teachers are the shapers of healthy personalities,the common learners of students,the promoters of social development and the cultivators of innovative abilities.Teachers should update their knowledge and carry out interdisciplinary learning,while using network distance learning to reshape the solid role of learning behavior so as to fully develop themselves and help educate people to realize themselves.
