摘 要:多相永磁同步电机具有效率高、转矩密度高、容错能力强等优点。本文针对无位置传感器控制的九相永磁同步电机,提出一种基于扩展磁链的全阶状态观测器缺相容错控制方法,准确估算电机正常和缺相故障时转子位置信息,实现电机在缺相故障和容错状态无位置传感器控制的稳定运行。首先,基于静止坐标系电压模型构建全阶状态观测器估算扩展磁链,利用扩展磁链幅值不随转速变化的特性,结合锁相环提取转子位置信息;其次,计算缺相容错目标电流,通过调整剩余健康相电流重构容错控制策略;最后,搭建九相永磁同步电机平台,验证全阶状态观测器无位置传感器缺相容错控制策略的有效性。Multi-phase permanent magnet synchronous motors offer the advantages of high efficiency,high torque density and high reliability.In order to improve the reliability of the PMSM and reduce the system cost,the mechanical position sensor can be omitted and the sensorless control technology can be adopted.Without additional hardware,the motor can run smoothly after an open-circuited fault occurs by using fault tolerance control.In this paper,a sensorless fault tolerance-control based on full-order state observer for a nine-phase PMSM under open-circuited fault is proposed.The proposed observer has strong robustness which can obtain correct rotor position information under different operating conditions,even open-circuit faults.Firstly,a full-order state observer is designed based on theαβcoordinate voltage model to estimate the extended flux.The extended flux amplitude does not change with the speed,and the rotor position information is extracted by the phase-locked loop(PLL).Secondly,the fault-tolerant current is computed under the open-circuited fault,and the remaining healthy phase currents are re-adjusted to suppress torque ripple.Finally,the effectiveness of the sensorless fault-tolerant control strategy is validated on a nine-phase PMSM experimental set-up.
