高质量发展视域下高职教学督导质量提升的策略

摘  要:高职院校的教学督导工作,对于教学工作优化、人才培养质量提升、实现高质量发展具有特别重要的意义。目前高职院校的教学督导工作并没有很好地体现职业教育的特点,出现了一些问题。在高质量发展视域下,高职院校教学督导工作应以职业教育、职业发展为中心,在督导机构、督导素质、督导内容上重新定位,紧扣需求,健全高职教学督导质量标准;注重培训,动态管理教学督导专家队伍;聚焦职业,科学有效督导实习实训;形成矩阵,覆盖人才培养全过程,才能真正实现工作质量的提升,并引领、推动教学质量和办学质量的同步提升。The teaching supervision work in vocational colleges is of great significance for optimizing teaching work,improving the quality of talent cultivation,and achieving high-quality development.At present,the teaching supervision work in vocational colleges has not well reflected the characteristics of vocational education,and some problems have emerged.In the perspective of high-quality development,the teaching supervision work of vocational colleges should be centered on vocational education and career development,repositioned in terms of supervision institutions,supervision quality,and supervision content,closely follow the needs,and improve the quality standards of vocational teaching supervision;emphasize training and dynamically manage the team of teaching supervision experts;focusing on professions,scientifically and effectively supervising internships and practical training;only by forming a matrix that covers the entire process of talent cultivation can we truly improve the quality of work and lead and promote the synchronous improvement of teaching quality and educational quality.
