摘　　要：乳酸菌是目前应用最广泛的益生菌之一,常与益生元组合制备成合生元,具有调节肠道菌群平衡的作用。合生元是一类微生物制剂,由益生菌和益生元组合制备而成,具有调节肠道微生物、增强机体免疫功能等作用。文章对乳酸菌合生元中常用乳酸菌益生元的种类和作用、乳酸菌合生元的生理功能及其在动物生产中的研究进行综述,为乳酸菌合生元的深入研究和在动物生产中应用提供理论参考。Lactic acid bacteria is one of the most widely used probiotics,often combined with prebiotics to form synbiotics,which has the effect of regulating the balance of intestinal flora.Synbiotics are a class of microbial preparations,prepared by the combination of probiotics and prebiotics,with the effect of regulat⁃ing intestinal microorganisms and enhancing the immune function of the body.This paper reviewed,the types and roles of lactic acid bacteria probiotics commonly used in lactic acid bacteria-synbiotics,the physi⁃ological functions of lactic acid bacteria-synbiotics and their research progress in animal production are reviewed.It provides theoretical references for further in-depth research on lactic acid bacteria-synbiotics and their application in animal production.
