摘 要:呕吐毒素(DON)是一种广泛存在于小麦、大麦、高粱等饲料原料中的真菌毒素,对全球饲料安全构成很大的挑战。作为对DON最敏感的物种,猪在DON暴露条件下会受到肠道毒性、肝脏毒性、免疫毒性等多种毒性影响,导致生长速度减缓、饲料转化率降低,进而阻碍畜牧业的高质量发展。因此,研究DON对猪的毒性作用及其缓解策略显得尤为重要。文章主要综述了DON在猪机体上的毒性作用机制,归纳总结了DON的生物缓解策略及营养调控措施,重点阐释了DON营养调控的分子机制,以期缓解霉菌毒素对生猪健康养殖的危害,为生猪产业体系的高质量发展提供参考。Deoxynivalenol(DON)is a mycotoxin widely found in feed ingredients such as wheat,barley,and sorghum,posing a significant challenge to global feed safety.As the most sensitive species to DON,pigs suffer from a variety of toxic effects such as intestinal toxicity,liver toxicity,and immune toxicity when exposed to DON,resulting in slowed growth rates,reduced feed conversion efficiency,and hindering the high-quality development of the livestock industry.Therefore,it is crucial to investigate strategies to miti⁃gate the toxic effects of DON on pigs.The article primarily reviews the toxicological mechanisms of DON in pigs,summarizes the research progress on biological mitigation strategies and nutritional regulation mea⁃sures for DON,and focuses on explaining the molecular mechanisms of nutritional regulation of DON with the aim of alleviating the harmful effects of mycotoxins on the health and farming of pigs,and providing a ref⁃erence for the high-quality development of the swine industry system.
