基于五星教学法的《经济法基础》课程混合式教学创新设计

摘  要:五星教学法是以学生为主体的教学方法,《经济法基础》作为大数据与会计专业的核心基础课之一,因其复杂而繁多的法律条文而被学生难以理解,本文将五星教学法融入《经济法基础》课程进行混合式教学,在课堂中充分发挥学生的主体地位,提高学生解决问题的能力,在教学过程中采取线上与线下相结合的混合式教学方式,以促进教学改革创新。The Five-Star Teaching Method is a student-centered teaching approach.As one of the core foundational courses for the Big Data and Accounting major,"Fundamentals of Economic Law"is difficult for students to understand due to its complex and numerous legal provisions.In this article,the Five-Star Teaching Method is integrated into the"Fundamentals of Economic Law"course for blended teaching,fully showing the students'leading role in the classroom to enhance their problem-solving abilities.During the teaching process,a blended teaching approach combining online and offline methods is adopted to promote teaching reform and innovation.
