摘  要:文章基于问卷调查法和半结构访谈法,对我国15所高校的海洋科学类教师教学发展进行分析。研究发现,海洋科学类教学具有极强的跨学科性、应用性和实践性,要求教师具有全球视野和教学的全球尺度。而我国高校海洋科学类教师教学发展依然存在教学与学术观念对立、教学创新和持续发展动力不足等问题。针对影响教师教学发展和能力提升的内外因素,从教师个人、教师发展机构和高校三个层面提出海洋科学类教师教学发展与能力提升的路径。This study investigates the professional development of marine science faculty across 15 universities in China through questionnaire surveys and semi-structured interviews.The findings reveal that marine science education is highly interdisciplinary,application-oriented,and practice-focused,requiring faculty to incorporate a global perspective into teaching.However,several challenges persist in the professional development of marine science faculty in China,including a teaching-research priority conflict and insufficient motivation for teaching innovation and sustainable professional development.In response to these internal and external factors impacting faculty development,this study proposes pathways across three levels:individual commitment,institutional support,and university-wide policies.These strategies aim to systematically promote professional development and enhance teaching competency of marine science faculty.
