摘　　要：在高职院校的人才培养过程中专业课程具有非常重要的作用。如何把企业岗位要求的内容潜移默化地融入课程的实训教学环节中是课程教学改革面临的难题。以核心专业课程《虚拟现实项目实训》为例,剖析这门课程的真实案例教学内容,构建依托教学能力比赛建设精品资源课程,对课程进行教学内容和教学评价等方面的改革,在课程的教学中进行总结,以教师团队参加教学能力大赛为契机,在近几年的课程教学实践环节进行大力度改革的探索和实践。Professional courses play a crucial role in talent cultivation at higher vocational colleges.Seamlessly integrating the content of enterprise job requirements into practical training and teaching remains a significant challenge for curriculum reform.This paper takes the core professional course"Virtual Reality Project Training"as an example,analyzing its real-world case studies and developing a high-quality resource course leveraging the Teaching Ability Competition.It explores reforms in teaching content and evaluation methods,summarizes insights from course implementation,and uses the participation of the teaching team in the Teaching Ability Competition as an opportunity to conduct extensive reform experiments and practices in recent years'course teaching activities.
