摘　　要：某浅埋特大断面数据隧道防水等级为一级,要求隧道内干燥无水,二次衬砌为抗渗标号P10的防水混凝土,混凝土结构以自防水为主,变形缝、施工缝采用背贴止水带+中埋止水带防水,混凝土采用“双掺技术”,加入适量的优质粉煤灰及DMA抗裂防水剂等抗裂外加剂,主隧道采用双层防水技术,研发了一种隧道防水板的新型铺设方法和材料,有效保证了防水体系完整性;竖井衬砌进行工艺装备施工体系革新,研发的隧道矩形竖井衬砌专用滑模和混凝土浇筑的布料装置及其安装方法,提高了衬砌外观质量和结构防水质量。The waterproof level of a shallow buried super large section data tunnel is level one,requiring the tunnel to be dry and free of water.The secondary lining is waterproof concrete with anti-seepage grade P10,and the concrete structure is mainly self waterproofing.The deformation joints and construction joints are waterproofed with a back mounted waterproof strip and a middle buried waterproof strip.The concrete adopts the"double mixing technology",adding a suitable amount of high-quality fly ash and DMA crack resistant waterproofing agent and other crack resistant additives.The main tunnel adopts double-layer waterproofing technology and has developed a new method and material for laying tunnel waterproofing boards,effectively ensuring the integrity of the waterproofing system.The construction system of process equipment for vertical shaft lining has been innovated,and a specialized sliding mode and concrete pouring material device for rectangular vertical shaft lining in tunnels have been developed,along with their installation methods,which have improved the appearance quality and structural waterproofing quality of the lining.
