摘 要:基于组织双元视角,本研究构建了“用户参与-组织双元-能力升级”的理论模型,并考察了竞争强度的调节作用,通过分析我国长三角与珠三角的283家制造企业数据,研究发现:(1)用户参与的两个维度(信息提供与参与创造)均能显著提升企业能力升级,但后者对企业能力升级的影响更强;(2)用户参与有利于双元学习,其中信息提供更能促进利用性学习,而参与创造则更能促进探索性学习;(3)双元学习在用户参与和能力升级的关系中发挥着有差异的中介作用;(4)竞争强度在用户参与对企业能力升级的影响中发挥差异的调节效应,负向调节信息提供对企业能力升级的关系,但正向调节参与创造对企业能力升级的正向影响。研究结论丰富了企业能力升级的路径机理的研究视角以及影响情境,为企业管理用户参与方式及双元学习策略提供了新手段。Based on the perspective of organizational ambidexterity,this study constructs a theoretical model of"user involvement-organizational ambidexterity-capability upgrading"and investigates the moderating effect of competitive intensity.Through analyzing data from 283 manufacturing firms in the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta regions of China,the findings are as follows:(1)Two dimensions of user involvement(information provision and co-creation)significantly enhance the enterprise capability upgrading,with the latter having a stronger impact.(2)User involvement fosters ambidextrous learning,with information provision more effectively promoting exploitative learning,while co-creation primarily supports exploratory learning.(3)Ambidextrous learning plays a differential mediating role in the relationship between user involvement and capability upgrading.(4)Competitive intensity plays a differential mediating effect in the impact of user involvement on enterprise capability upgrading,negatively moderating the relationship of information provision with enterprise capability upgrading while positively moderating the positive impact of co-creation on enterprise capability upgrading.The conclusions enrich the research perspective and influential situations about the path mechanisms underlying enterprise capability upgrading and provide new methods for the enterprises to manage the means of user involvement and ambidextrous learning strategies.
