专业性高校特色化发展的重要维度和实施路径

摘　　要：在高校竞争愈来愈激烈的新形势下,专业性高校均将坚持特色化发展作为自身的竞争战略。特色化发展事关专业性高校的改革发展和长远目标,也是专业性高校加强顶层设计、推进高质量发展的实践指南。因此,必须大力发挥特色化发展对专业性高校的改革引领作用,推动专业性高校新一轮内涵式发展。专业性高校要深刻理解特色化发展的目标、内涵和要求,可以从五个重要维度精准施策,即:强学科,固特色发展之本;聚人才,强特色发展之基;塑文化,铸特色发展之魂;促改革,破特色发展之缚;惠民生,聚特色发展之力。With the increasing competition between universities and colleges,specialized colleges have adhered to the strategy of characteristic development,which determines their reform and long-term goals.It is also a practical guidance for their top-level design and high-quality development.Therefore,it is necessary to emphasize the leading role of characteristic development in the reform of specialized colleges,and implement the strategy of connotative development.In light of the goal,connotation,and requirement of characteristic development,measures can be taken from five dimensions:to accelerate the discipline development,attract talents,foster characteristic culture,deepen reform and benefit people’s livelihoods.
