摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)是我国毕业后医学教育不可或缺部分,是提高住院医师临床实践能力及医疗服务质量的必经之路,在医学教育发展中发挥着承前启后的重要作用。目前,我国住培督导质控体系建设尚处于探索阶段,仍存在督导制度不完善、督导职责不明确、督导内容单一、督导落实不到位等问题。近10年来,西安交通大学第二附属医院住培督导工作紧密围绕谁来做、做什么、怎么做,如何做好,探索建立并不断完善督导工作机制。该文主要从督导体系建设、实施方法、取得成效等方面进行阐述,为其他住培基地提供借鉴。Standardized residency training(referred to as"residency training")is an indispensable part of post-graduation medical education in China,and it is a necessary path to improve the clinical practice ability of resident physicians and the quality of medical services.It plays a crucial role in the development of medical education,bridging the past and the future.Currently,the construction of the residency training supervision and quality control system in China is still in the exploratory stage,with issues such as imperfect supervision systems,unclear supervision responsibilities,singular supervision content,and inadequate implementation of supervision.Over the past decade,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University has closely focused on who do it,what to do,how to do it,and how to do it well in the supervision of residency training,exploring and continuously improving the supervision mechanism.This article mainly elaborates on the construction of the supervision system,its implementation methods and achievements,providing a reference for other residency training bases.
