坚持思政和专业培训相融合,提升临床病理科住院医师规范化培训质量

摘　　要：目的为社会培养德才兼备的医学人才,把思政教育贯穿住院医师培训全过程是毕业后医学教育的必然趋势。而如何将思政教育与住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)相融合是值得深入探讨的问题。方法该文结合专业基地实际情况,加强专业基地文化建设及医德医风教育,加强指导医师的言传身教,潜移默化培养住院医师的责任感、使命感及团队协作精神,加强对心理健康的关注和引导。结果通过多年的实践,取得了积极效果,可以全方位提高住院医师的综合素质,同时专业基地的文化建设、师资团队和学术氛围也得到进一步增强,达到基地发展与住院医师的质量提高双赢的良好局面。结论思政教育与专业培训相融合有助于提升临床病理科住培质量。Objective The study was aimed to cultivate medical talents with both moral integrity and professional talent for society.Integrating ideological and political education throughout the entire process of resident physician training is currently an inevitable trend in post-graduation medical education.How to integrate ideological and political education with resident physician training(referred to as residency training)is a question worthy of indepth exploration.Methods We combined the actual situation of the base,strengthened the cultural construction and medical ethics education of the base,strengthened the guidance of teachers through words and deeds,and subtly cultivated the sense of responsibility,mission and teamwork spirit of resident physicians.We also strengthened the attention and guidance on the psychological health of resident physicians.Results Through years of practice,positive results were achieved,which improved the comprehensive quality of resident physicians.At the same time,the cultural construction,faculty team and academic atmosphere of the base were further enhanced,achieving a win-win situation between the development of the base and the improvement of the quality of resident physicians.Conclusion Integrating ideological and political education with resident physician training is helpful for increasing the quality of clinicopathological residency training.
