摘 要:教育部颁布《义务教育课程方案和课程标准(2022年版)》,至今实施已有两年多,其实施效果如何?存在哪些问题?教师对新课标有哪些疑问?这些都是值得深入探讨的问题。通过对我国中东部地区6所城区优质小学的15位一线教师进行深度访谈,采用质性研究的方法进行相关类属分析,了解城区优质小学教师对新课程标准研读的现状。研究发现,当前城区优质小学教师普遍存在研读时间匮乏、理解深度不足、应用技能生疏等问题。为充分发挥新课标的指挥棒作用、促使新课标落地,提出以下改进措施:进一步优化政策文本,做好政策文本与学校实践的衔接工作;学校积极开展深度校本教研,加强校际交流;增强教师主动参与意识,提升教师专业素养。The Curriculum Plan and Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)has been implemented for more than two years since its promulgation by the Ministry of Education.Its implementation effect,existing problems,and questions of teachers about it remain to be explored in depth.Based on in-depth interviews with 15 front-line teachers in 6 high-quality primary schools in urban areas of the central and eastern regions of China,this paper probes into the current studying situation of teachers in high-quality primary schools in urban areas for the new curriculum plan and standards through category analysis with the method of qualitative research.Some problems have been found through research,such as shortage of study time,insufficient understanding,and unproficient application skills.To give full play to the guiding effect of the new curriculum plan and standards and promote its implementation,the following countermeasures are put forward:further optimizing the policy text and strengthening connection between the policy text and practice in schools;actively carrying out in-depth school-based teaching and research and promoting inter-school exchanges;enhancing teachers′awareness of active participation and improving teachers′professional quality.
