摘　　要：目的 建立液相色谱-串联质谱法测定鸡肉中猎神霉素残留的方法。方法 采用乙腈提取鸡肉中猎神霉素,经C_(18)固相萃取小柱净化,用液相色谱-串联质谱进行外标法定量测定。结果 猎神霉素在10~500 ng/ml范围内线性关系良好,y=2.44×10^(4)x+5.53×10^(3),r=0.999 9,检出限为1μg/kg,定量限均为3μg/kg,在6、12、60μg/kg 3个添加水平下加标的平均回收率为73.4%~96.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为7.5%~9.3%(n=6)。结论 本方法专属性强,灵敏度高,可以适用于鸡肉中猎神霉素的残留量测定分析。Objective To establish a HPLC-MS method for the determination of dianemycin residue in chicken.Methods The dianemycin in chicken was extracted by acetonitrile,purified by Cig solid phase extraction column,and determinated by HPLC-MS/MS.Results In the range of 10-500 ng/ml,the linear relationship of the dianeycin was good,y=2.44×10^(4)x+5.53×10^(3),r=0.9999,the detection limit was 1μg/kg,and the quantitative limit was 3μg/kg.The average recoveries were 73.4%-96.8%under 3 additive levels of 6μg/kg,12μg/kg and 60μg/kg and the relative standard deviations(RSD)were 7.5%-9.3%(n=6).Conclusion The method has high specificity and sensitivity,and can be used for the determination of dianemycin residue in chicken.
