摘 要:铁道工程专业实验教学在传统模式下存在诸多问题,如实验类别单一、成本高昂、设备更新滞后等,难以满足新时代人才培养需求。本文深入剖析了这些问题,并系统梳理了实验教学分类。在此基础上,提出了优化实验类别、增加创新性实验的改革思路,打破传统实验局限,激发学生探索热情。同时,融合传统实验与虚拟仿真实验平台,利用虚拟仿真技术拓展教学深度与广度,让学生在虚拟环境中自主学习。引入AI技术为虚拟实验平台赋能,实现智能辅导与个性化学习路径推荐,精准匹配学生学习进度、掌握程度和兴趣爱好,量身定制学习计划,实时监测实验操作并给予反馈,助力学生高效掌握知识与技能。这些举措旨在提升铁道工程专业实验教学效果,使学生将所学知识应用于实际工程,为其未来职业发展奠定坚实基础,契合“智能+教育”模式的发展趋势,培养高素质、创新型专业人才。The traditional experimental teaching model in railway engineering has several issues,such as limited experiment types,high costs,and outdated equipment,which make it difficult to meet the demands of talent cultivation in the new era.This paper analyzes these problems in depth and systematically categorizes experimental teaching.Based on this,reform ideas are proposed to optimize the experiment types and introduce innovative experiments,breaking the limitations of traditional experiments and stimulating students enthusiasm for exploration.At the same time,a fusion of traditional experiments and virtual simulation platforms is explored,utilizing virtual simulation technology to expand the depth and breadth of teaching,allowing students to learn independently in a virtual environment.AI technology is introduced to empower the virtual experimental platform,enabling intelligent tutoring and personalized learning path recommendations.It precisely matches students learning progress,mastery,and interests,tailoring learning plans,monitoring experimental operations in real-time,and providing feedback,thereby helping students efficiently acquire knowledge and skills.These initiatives aim to improve the effectiveness of experimental teaching in railway engineering,enabling students to apply the knowledge they have gained to practical engineering and laying a solid foundation for their future careers.They align with the development trend of the“Intelligent+Education”model,aiming to cultivate high-quality,innovative professional talents.
