摘　　要：人工智能的发展对经济社会产生了重大影响,对人才需求也提出了更高要求,创新型人才的培养显得愈发重要,创新教育已成为高等教育教学的主要目标与方向。积极培养经济学创新型人才是人工智能时代社会发展对高校经济学人才培养的必然要求,也是经济学专业实现高质量内涵式发展的根本保证。传统的经济学人才培养在课程体系、教学模式和师资队伍等方面存在诸多挑战,需要加快经济学专业人才培养的改革与创新。新文科背景下,基于STEM理念,从教学建设、实践应用与培养模式等角度深入探究经济学创新型人才培养路径,以期为改革高校经济学专业人才培养实践提供有益借鉴。The development of artificial intelligence has a significant impact on the economy and society,and puts forward higher requirements for talent demand.The cultivation of innovative talents has become increasingly important.And,innovative education has become the main goal and direction of higher education and teaching.Actively cultivating innovative talents in economics is a necessary requirement for the development of society in the era of artificial intelligence.And it is also a fundamental guarantee for the economics profession to realize high-quality and connotative development.Traditional economics talent cultivation faces many challenges in terms of curriculum system,teaching mode,and faculty team.It is necessary to accelerate the reform and innovation of talent cultivation in the field of economics.Under the background of new liberal arts,based on the STEM concept,this paper deeply explores the path of cultivating innovative talents in economics from the perspectives of teaching construction,practical application,and training mode.The findings of this paper provide useful insights for reforming the practice of cultivating economics talents in universities.
