摘　　要：陆海新通道在维护全球产业链、供应链方面作出了显著贡献,系统地研究面向国际陆海贸易新通道物流人才供给侧和需求侧,探索培养更多精准对接国际陆海贸易新通道建设与国际贸易复合型物流人才,对于国际陆海贸易新通道建设和发展提供有力的人才支撑具有重大意义。对陆海新通道发展背景下应用型本科高校物流人才需求进行分析,对面向陆海新通道的应用型高校复合型物流人才培养提出建议,以期能够为应用型本科高校物流人才培养模式提供借鉴。The New Land-Sea Corridor has made significant contributions to maintaining global industrial and supply chains.It is of great significance to systematically study the supply and demand sides of logistics talents for the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor,and to explore ways to cultivate more composite logistics talents who can precisely meet the needs of the corridor's construction and international trade,thereby providing robust talent support for the corridor's construction and development.This paper analyzes the demand for logistics talents in applied undergraduate universities against the backdrop of the New Land-Sea Corridor's development and proposes suggestions for cultivating composite logistics talents in applied universities that cater to the corridor's needs.It aims to provide a reference for the cultivation mode of logistics talents in applied undergraduate universities.
