摘  要:为构建“大思政课”育人新格局,高校正积极探索专业课程教学创新,推进课程思政改革。当前财经类专业课程融合科学家精神实现了知识传授与价值观引导的有机结合、提升了立德树人与培根铸魂的根本动能、实现了教育内容在深度与广度上的有机统一。借鉴协同理论,通过强化顶层设计、优化课程设置、创新教学方法、加强队伍建设、健全评价体系五个方面加强财经类专业课程思政与科学家精神融合,实现思想政治教育的内涵式发展。In the pursuit of establishing a new paradigm for"grand ideological and political education",universities are actively exploring innovations in professional course teaching and advancing the reform of ideological and political education within the curriculum.Currently,the integration of the spirit of scientists into finance and economics professional courses has achieved an organic combination of knowledge transfer and value guidance,enhanced the fundamental momentum for moral education and soul-building,and realized an organic unity of educational content in terms of depth and breadth.Therefore,drawing on synergy theory,this paper strengthens the integration of ideological and political education with the spirit of scientists in finance and economics professional courses through five aspects:strengthening top-level design,optimizing course settings,innovating teaching methods,enhancing team building,and improving the evaluation system,to achieve connotative development in ideological and political education.
