摘 要:为初步探讨护理硕士专业学位研究生“多导师制”实施方案,本研究采用方便抽样法选取46名护理硕士专业学位研究生及导师,利用自设问卷对多导师制进行调查。根据调查结果初拟护理硕士专业学位研究生“多导师制”实施方案后通过名义群体法进行修改,并在征求导师意见后对方案进行完善。形成的护理硕士专业学位研究生“多导师制”实施方案包括导师的组成、结构、管理及职责四个方面。该实施方案可为提高护理硕士专业学位研究生培养质量提供支持。To preliminarily explore the implementation scheme of"multi-tutor system"for nursing master's professional degree postgraduates,46 postgraduates of master's professional degree in nursing and their tutors were selected in this study by convenient sampling method,and a survey of the multi-tutor system by self-designed questionnaire was conducted.Based on the survey results,the implementation scheme of"multi-tutor system"for postgraduates of master's professional degree in nursing was initially proposed and modified by nominal group method.The implementation scheme was improved after consulting the tutor's opinion.The implementation scheme of"multi-tutor system"for nursing master's professional degree postgraduates includes four aspects:composition,structure,management and responsibility of tutors.The implementation scheme provides the support for increasing the training quality of nursing master's professional degree postgraduates.
