摘 要:随着新文科建设的持续开展,探索、创新个性化人才培养模式成为应用型本科高校教育教学改革重点,由此催生了“微专业”建设需求。“微专业”是新文科人才培养的改革创新模式,结合应用型高校当前“微专业”建设现状及存在的问题,从培养目标定位、课程体系构建、师资队伍建设、教学模式创新等方面,探索应用型高校“微专业”建设的有效路径,以提升应用型高校文科人才培养质量,更好地服务社会经济发展。With the development of the new liberal arts education,exploring and innovating personalized talent cultivation models has become the focus of educational and teaching reform in applied undergraduate colleges.This has led to the demand for micro-specialty construction.“Micro-specialty”is an innovative talent cultivation model for new liberal arts education.the article combines the current status and existing problems of micro-professional construction in applied universities,and explores effective paths for micro-professional construction in applied universities from the aspects of training goal positioning,curriculum system construction,faculty team construction,teaching model innovation,etc.,aiming to improve the quality of liberal arts talent training in applied universities and better serve social and economic development.
