镁和人体健康的关系及镁肥在农业中的应用

摘　　要：镁是人体必需的矿物质元素之一,在多种人体生理过程中发挥着重要作用。简要介绍了镁与人体健康的关系,我国居民镁营养状况及膳食中的镁含量。我国农作物产量虽逐年提升,但土壤中的镁利用率较低,又因镁肥施用量不足,导致农作物可食部位镁含量下降,缺镁已成为威胁人体健康的重要因素。基于施用镁肥可以提高农作物产量和品质,缓解人体镁营养的缺乏,结合全球镁肥生产和应用情况,提出了适合我国农业生产的镁肥产品的开发路径。Magnesium is one of the essential mineral elements for the human body and plays an important role in various physiological processes.The relationship between magnesium and human health,the magnesium nutritional status of Chinese residents,and the magnesium content in their diet are introduced.Although crop yields in our country have been increasing year by year,but the utilization rate of magnesium in the soil is low,and the amount of magnesium fertilizer applied is insufficient,resulting in a decrease in magnesium content in edible parts of crops.Magnesium deficiency has become an important factor threatening human health.Based on the application of magnesium fertilizer,which can improve crop yield and quality,alleviate the lack of magnesium nutrition in the human body,and combined with the global production and application of magnesium fertilizer,a development path for magnesium fertilizer products suitable for agricultural production in China is proposed.
