摘 要:目的探究康复科护理管理应用目标管理模式的效果。方法选取2022年5月—2024年6月吉林大学白求恩第三医院24名在职护理人员为研究对象。2022年5月—2023年5月实施传统管理模式,为管理前;2023年6月—2024年6月实施目标管理模式,为管理后。比较管理前后护理人员护理核心能力、人文关怀能力及职业使命感。结果管理后护理人员核心能力、人文关怀能力评分高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。管理后护理人员利他贡献、导向力、意义和价值评分分别为(16.85±1.31)分、(17.36±1.25)分、(12.86±1.26)分,高于管理前的(14.32±1.25)分、(15.84±1.29)分、(11.52±1.47)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.845、4.145、3.391,P均<0.05)。结论目标管理模式在提高康复科护理人员的护理核心能力、人文关怀能力及职业使命感方面效果更加明显。Objective To explore the effect of applying management by objectives for nursing management in rehabilitation department.Methods Twenty-four in-service nursing staffs of Bethune Third Hospital of Jilin University were selected as study subjects from May 2022 to June 2024.The traditional management model was implemented from May 2022 to May 2023 as the pre-management,and the target management model were implemented from June 2023 to June 2024,as post-management.Compared the nursing core competencies,humanistic care competencies and sense of professional mission of nursing staff before and after management.Results The core competence and humanistic care competence scores of nursing staff after management were higher than those before management,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of altruistic contribution,orientation,meaning and value of nursing staff after management were 16.85±1.31,17.36±1.25,and 12.86±1.26,respectively,which were higher than 14.32±1.25,15.84±1.29 and 11.52±1.47 before management,and the differences were statistically significant(t=6.845,4.145,3.391,all P<0.05).Conclusion The goal management model is more effective in improving the nursing core competencies,humanistic care competencies,and sense of professional mission of nursing staff in the rehabilitation department.
