摘 要:目的分析麻醉科护士岗位管理中运用信息化弹性排班的效果。方法选取2023年1—12月英山县人民医院的16名在职麻醉科护士为研究对象。2023年1—6月采用传统排班模式,设为A组;2023年7—12月采用信息化弹性排班模式,设为B组。对比两组工作倦怠感、排班满意度。结果B组工作倦怠感评分优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。B组排班满意度为100.00%(16/16),高于A组的75.00%(12/16)。结论麻醉科护士岗位管理中运用信息化弹性排班的效果较好,可减轻护士的工作倦怠感,提高排班满意度。Objective To analyze the effect of using information-based flexible scheduling in anesthesiology nurse position management.Methods Sixteen in-service anesthesiology nurses from the Yingshan County People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as study subjects.The traditional scheduling mode was used from January to June 2023,and was set up as Group A;The information-based flexible scheduling mode was used from July to December 2023,and was set up as Group B.Compared the burnout and scheduling satisfaction of the two groups.Re⁃sults The burnout scores of group B were better than those of group A,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scheduling satisfaction of group B was 100.00%(16/16),which was higher than 75.00%(12/16)of group A.Conclusion The use of information-based flexible scheduling in anesthesiology nurse position management is more effective in reducing nurse burnout and improving scheduling satisfaction.
