摘 要:目的分析在检验科实习带教工作中运用一对一规范带教的实际效果。方法选取2023年1—12月张家界市人民医院检验科接收的76名实习生为研究对象。2023年1—6月采用传统带教方式作为参照组(n=38),2023年7—12月采用一对一规范带教法作为观察组(n=38)。对比两组实习生的成绩及带教满意度。结果观察组技能操作分数、理论知识分数均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组总满意度为94.74%(36/38),高于参照组的78.95%(30/38),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.146,P=0.042)。结论在检验科实习带教工作中科学选用一对一规范带教法效果良好,既能使得实习生的实操成绩、理论成绩获得提高,确保实习生充分掌握医学检验有关知识,同时对于改善实习生的带教满意度也具有积极意义,值得借鉴。Objective To analyze the practical effect of using one-to-one standardized teaching in laboratory internship teaching.Methods A total of seventy-six interns who practiced in the clinical laboratory of Zhangjiajie People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.The traditional teaching method was used as the reference group from January to June 2023(n=38),and the one-to-one standardized teaching method was used as the observation group from July to December 2023(n=38).The results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of interns were compared.Results The scores of skill operation and theoretical knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was 94.74%(36/38),which was higher than 78.95%(30/38)of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.146,P=0.042).Conclusion The scientific selection of one-to-one standardized teaching method in the practice teaching of clinical laboratory has a good effect,which can not only improve the practical and theoretical scores of interns,ensure that interns fully grasp the knowledge related to medical laboratory,but also has a positive significance for improving the satisfaction of interns in teaching,which is worthy of reference.
