摘  要:目的探讨基于操作技能直接观察评量指导的情景模拟教学+行动学习法对产科临床教学质量的改善效果。方法选取2022年1—12月永州市中心医院产科的50名临床实习医学生作为研究对象,按照教学方法不同分为两组,每组25名,对照组采取传统教学法,观察组实施基于操作技能直接观察评量指导的情景模拟教学+行动学习法。对比两组的考试成绩、岗位胜任力、批判性思维能力。结果观察组的理论知识考试成绩为(92.24±2.28)分,高于对照组的(84.24±3.36)分,操作技能考试成绩为(90.45±1.18)分,高于对照组的(81.05±2.28)分,差异有统计学意义(t=9.851、18.307,P均<0.05)。观察组的岗位胜任力以及批判性思维能力均优于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在产科临床教学中采取基于操作技能直接观察评量指导的情景模拟教学+行动学习法可以有效改善教学质量,提高实习生的各项能力。Objective To explore the improvement effect of situation simulation teaching and action learning method based on direct observation and evaluation of operational skills on clinical teaching quality of obstetrics.Methods Fifty clinical practicing medical students in the Obstetrics Department of Yongzhou Central Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to different teaching methods,with twenty-five students in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,and the observation group adopted the situational simulation teaching+action learning method based on the direct observation and evaluation of operational skills.The test scores,job competence and critical thinking ability of the two groups were compared.Results The score of theoretical knowledge test in the observation group was 92.24±2.28,higher than 84.24±3.36 of the control group,and the score of operational skill test was 90.45±1.18,higher than 81.05±2.28 of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=9.851,18.307,both P<0.05).The post competence and critical thinking ability of the observation group were better than those of the observation group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Situational simulation teaching+action learning method based on direct observation and evaluation of operational skills can effectively improve the teaching quality and enhance the ability of interns in obstetrics clinical teaching.
