高能电子束辐照结合乙烯抑制剂对软枣猕猴桃保鲜效果的研究

摘  要:为解决软枣猕猴桃采后衰老软化、保鲜期短的问题,通过调控电子束辐照剂量,辅以乙烯抑制剂1-甲基环丙烯(1-Methylcyclopropene,MCP)和低温冷藏,考察软枣猕猴桃质构、维生素C含量、可溶性固形物含量、细胞膜透性等指标的变化。结果表明:0.4 k Gy电子束辐照结合MCP的复合保鲜方式有效地控制了软枣猕猴桃采后的衰老过程,4℃贮藏30 d时,软化率仅为对照组的25%,果肉硬度是对照组的5倍,货架期可达30 d。In order to solve the undesirable aging,softening and short shelf life ofActinidia argutaafter harvest,the effects of electron beam irradiation combined with ethylene inhibitor on the preservation ofActinidia argutawere studied.The changes of texture,Vitamin C( VC) content,soluble solids content and membrane permeability ofActinidia argutawere investigated by adjusting the dose of electron beam irradiation,combined with ethylene inhibitor 1-Methylcyclopropene( MCP) and cold storage.The results revealed that the integrated preservation techniques of 0.4 kGy electron beam irradiation combined with MCP effectively inhibited the aging process ofActinidia arguta.When stored at 4 ℃ for 30 days,the softening rate was only 25% of that observed in the control group,the pulp hardness was 5 times that of the control group,and the shelf life could reach 30 days.
