摘　　要：高职院校开展科技服务是对高等职业教育发挥服务区域经济发展、锻造“双师型”教师队伍、提高办学水平、增强人才培养质量所提出的重要要求。目前,高职院校开展科技服务的运行机制不健全、校企对接不畅通、院校支持力度不强、教师技术能力不足等问题造成了高职院校科技服务发展的困境,面对上述问题,本文从科学谋划运行机制、加强校企沟通交流、增强支持力度、强化教师能力素养四个方面提出了高职院校科技服务的保障策略,以期能够有效助力高职院校科技服务的健康发展。The development of science and technology service in higher vocational institutes is an important requirement for higher vocational education to serve regional economic development,forge"double-professionally-titled"teachers,improve the level of running schools and enhance the quality of talent training.At present,problems such as the imperfect operating mechanism for carrying out science and technology services in higher vocational institutes,impeded connection between schools and enterprises,weak support from the institutes,and insufficient technical ability of teachers have caused difficulties in the development of science and technology services in higher vocational institutes.In the face of the above problems,this paper puts forward the guarantee strategies for science and technology service in higher vocational institutes from four aspects:scientific planning and operation mechanism,strengthening school-enterprise communication,strengthening support and strengthening teachers'ability and quality,so as to effectively help the healthy development of science and technology service in higher vocational institutes.
