摘  要:数字化推动教育领域迎来了前所未有的变革。在劳动与社会保障专业领域,数字化技术的应用不仅能够提升教学质量和学生的学习兴趣,而且能够为学生提供模拟真实工作环境的机会。文章深入分析了数字化技术在劳动与社会保障专业实践教学设计中的应用,揭示了技术创新、跨学科整合以及适应社会需求在教学设计中的核心作用。基于数字化技术在课程设计、教学方法、评估体系等方面的具体应用,数字化技术增强实践教学的相关性,从而提升教学效果,提高劳动与社会保障专业的适应性。Digitalization has ushered in unprecedented changes in the field of education.In Labor and Social Security Major,the application of digital technologies not only enhances the quality of teaching and students'interest in learning but also provides students with opportunities to simulate real work environments.This article deeply analyzes the application of digital technologies in the practical teaching design of Labor and Social Security Major,revealing the core role of technological innovation,interdisciplinary integration,and adaptation to social needs in teaching design.Based on the specific application of digital technologies in course design,teaching methods,and assessment systems,digital technologies enhance the relevance of practical teaching,thereby improving teaching effectiveness and the adaptability of Labor and Social Security Major.
