边疆民族地区学校推广使用国家通用语言文字研究——基于吉林延边朝鲜族自治州的调查

摘　　要：加快推进国家通用语言文字教育并在民族地区推广使用国家统编教材,是党和国家的重大决策部署。论文运用田野调查方法并辅以量化分析,完整呈现延边朝鲜族自治州民族学校自2020年开始,从原来使用少数民族语言文字教材和以少数民族语言文字为主要教学语言,向使用国家统编教材和以国家通用语言文字为主要教学语言的转变过程,观察和评估国家语言教育政策改革实施效果以及社会文化回应。研究发现,国家通用语言文字教育政策改革适应民族地区中国式现代化建设进程的需要,得到少数民族群众的积极响应,对于铸牢中华民族共同体意识、提升民族地区教育质量和科学文化素质发挥了重要作用,同时需要进一步完善配套政策措施,提高国家通用语言文字推广普及效果,为中华民族共同体建设提供强大精神文化支撑。Accelerating the promotion of national common language and script education and the use of national unified textbooks in ethnic areas is a major decision and deployment of the Party and the state.Using field investigation methods supplemented by quantitative analysis,this paper comprehensively presents the transformation process of ethnic schools in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture since 2020,from originally using textbooks in minority languages and scripts and mainly conducting teaching in minority languages and scripts,to using national unified textbooks and mainly conducting teaching in the national common language and script.It observes and evaluates the implementation effects of the national language and script education policy reform as well as the social and cultural responses.The study found that the reform of the national language and script education policy meets the needs of the modernization process of ethnic areas in China and has received active responses from the minority people.It plays an important role in strengthening the sense of community of the Chinese nation,improving the quality of education and the scientific and cultural qualities in ethnic minority areas.At the same time,it is necessary to further improve supporting policy measures to enhance the promotion and popularization of the national common language and script,and provide strong spiritual and cultural support for the construction of the Chinese national community.
