摘　　要：新时代中国高等职业教育总体呈现出转型发展、高质量发展的新趋势、新局面。内蒙古自治区高职院校把握新发展阶段,贯彻新发展理念,构建新发展格局,以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为主线,突出党建引领,统筹落实立德树人根本任务,不断加快职教转型,职业教育改革不断深入。与此同时,也存在着课程思政和思政课程研究不深、服务经济社会高质量发展不足、新质生产力引领不够、产教融合的耦合度有待提升等突出问题。为此,高等职业院校一方面要以“新双高”为导向,不断提高职业教育办学能力和水平。围绕自治区经济社会发展战略和现代职业教育发展规划,突出战略意识、发展意识、改革意识、开放意识,打造区域优势特色品牌专业集群和地方品牌院校、品牌专业,构筑“岗课赛证一体化”育人育才实践体系;另一方面应多措并举,全面培养具有时代精神的社会主义建设者和接班人。从价值追求、人文底蕴、健康心理、技能本领、创造创新等方面全方位、全过程、多维度提升学生的综合素养和能力,为奋力书写中国式现代化内蒙古新篇章贡献智慧和力量。In the new era,China’s higher vocational education generally presents a new trend and situation of transformational and high-quality development.Higher vocational colleges in Inner Mongolia are based on the new stage of development,implement new development concepts,and construct a new development paradigm.With forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation as the main thread,they highlight the leadership of party building,coordinate and implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education,continuously accelerate the transformation of vocational education,and deepen the reform of vocational education.At the same time,there are also prominent issues such as insufficient research on ideological and political education within courses and ideological and political courses,inadequate service to the high-quality development of the economy and society,insufficient leadership in new-quality productivity,and the need to improve the coupling degree of industry-education integration.Therefore,on the one hand,higher vocational colleges should be guided by the“new double-high”standard to continuously improve their vocational education capabilities and levels.Centering around the autonomous region’s economic and social development strategy and modern vocational education development plan,they should emphasize strategic awareness,development awareness,reform awareness,and openness awareness to create regional advantageous and distinctive brand professional clusters,local brand colleges,and brand majors,and build an integrated education and talent training practice system that combines positions,courses,competitions,and certifications.On the other hand,multiple measures should be taken to comprehensively cultivate socialist builders and successors with the spirit of the times.Students’comprehensive literacy and abilities should be enhanced comprehensively,throughout the entire process,and from multiple dimensions in terms of value pursuit,humanistic foundation,healthy psychology,skills and a
