摘 要:文章研究2型糖尿病(Type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者使用低血糖生成指数(Glycemic index,GI)配方奶粉对其血糖的影响。筛选纳入中国人民解放军总医院第一医学中心、天津中医药大学第一附属医院、天津市天津医院的2型糖尿病患者88名。随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各44例,每日早餐时分别服用低GI配方奶粉50 g和中老年配方奶粉48 g。分别于干预前、干预12周后比较2组情况。结果显示,共59例受试者完成试验(试验组33例,对照组26例),干预前2组间各指标无统计学差异(P>0.05);干预12周后,试验组(210.90±99.33)与对照组(273.70±124.98)相比其标准餐后血糖曲线下增加面积显著减低(P=0.036)。研究表明低GI配方奶粉在维持和改善餐后血糖、糖耐量等方面发挥较好作用,可作为糖尿病患者长期食用的优质膳食来源。This study aimed to investigate the effect of low glycemic index(GI)formula on blood glucose in middle-aged and elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.A total of 88 patients with type 2 diabetes,from The First Medical Center of the Chinese People's Liberation Army General Hospital,the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Chinese Medicine and Tianjin Hospital,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.During 12 weeks,participants were given 50 g low-GI formula milk powder and 48 g ordinary formula milk powder at breakfast every day respectively.Two groups were compared before and 12 weeks after the intervention.Result displayed that 59 participants completed the experiment(33 cases from experimental group and 26 cases from control group)and there was no statistical difference between two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After 12-weeks intervention,compared with the control group(273.70±124.98),the experimental group(210.90±99.33)showed a significant decrease in the area under the standard postprandial blood glucose curve(IAUC)(P=0.036).It is confirmed that Low GI formula powder plays an vital role in maintaining and improving the ability of postprandial blood glucose regulation and glucose tolerance,and can be regarded as a high-quality dietary source for diabetics in the long term.
