摘 要:目的 探讨岗位分层级管理在基层专科医院工作人员团队建设中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年6月—2022年12月在汶上县皮肤病防治站工作的70名工作人员作为传统组,实施常规的传统管理模式;2023年1月—2024年6月将同一批工作人员纳入观察组,实施岗位分层级管理。对比两组工作质量、职业倦怠感、工作满意度。结果 观察组工作质量评分高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组职业倦怠感轻于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组工作满意度为98.57%(69/70),高于传统组的87.14%(61/70),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.892,P<0.05)。结论 岗位分层级管理在基层专科医院工作人员团队建设中的应用效果较好,不仅提高了工作质量,减轻了职业倦怠感,还提升了员工的工作满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of post hierarchical management in the construction of staff team in primary specialized hospitals.Methods From June 2021 to December 2022,seventy staff working in the Wen⁃shang County Skin Disease Prevention and Control Station were selected as the traditional group to implement the con⁃ventional traditional management mode.From January 2023 to June 2024,the same group of staff were included in the observation group to implement post hierarchical management.The quality of work,job burnout and job satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The work quality score of the observation group were higher than that of the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The sense of job burnout in the observation group were lighter than that in the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The job satisfaction of the observation group was 98.57%(69/70),which was higher than 87.14%(61/70)of the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.892,P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of post hierarchical management in the construction of staff team in primary specialized hospitals is good,which not only improves the quality of work,reduces the sense of job burnout,but also improves the job satisfaction of em⁃ployees.
