摘 要:随着市场竞争的加剧和消费者需求的多样化,企业需要不断优化供应链系统,以提升运营效率、降低成本、增强市场竞争力。品类管理作为一种以消费者需求为中心、以数据为基础的管理策略,成为企业供应链系统设计的关键组成部分。基于此,本文阐述了品类管理的内涵,提出了基于品类管理的企业供应链系统设计方法,验证了基于品类管理的企业供应链系统式设计效果,以期为相关管理工作提供参考。With the intensification of market competition and the diversification of consumer demand,enterprises need to continuously optimize their supply chain systems to improve operational efficiency,reduce costs,and enhance market competitiveness.Category management,as a management strategy centered on consumer demand and based on data,has become a key component of enterprise supply chain system design.Based on this,this article elaborates on the connotation of category management,proposes a design method for enterprise supply chain system based on category management,and verifies the effectiveness of the systematic design of enterprise supply chain based on category management,in order to provide reference for the development of related management work.
