摘　　要：研究生思想政治教育是高等教育的灵魂,它解决“为谁培养人,怎样培养人,培养什么样的人”的根本问题,研究生思想政治教育工作是一项系统工程,需要各方面力量协同育人。构建“学科育人、科研育人、实践育人”三位一体研究生思想政治教育工作格局,以培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人为目标,以提高学生科学文化素质和综合能力为重点,将思政教育贯穿于研究生培养管理的全过程,才能有效实现办人民满意的教育的目的,实现“双一流”建设,为党育人,为国育才。该文从“三位一体”思想教育体系的顶层设计、以党建促进学生工作体系构建、做好“三个课堂”相结合、建设好“三支教师队伍”和推进文化育人等方面阐释,如何构建好“三位一体”研究生思政教育工作格局。Graduate ideological and political education is the soul of higher education,addressing the fundamental issues of"whom to educate,how to educate,and what kind of people to educate."It is a systematic project that requires collaborative efforts from all parties to educate students.Constructing a"trinity"work pattern of ideological and political education for graduates,which encompasses education through disciplines,scientific research,and practical experience,aims to cultivate new generations capable of undertaking the great task of national rejuvenation.Focusing on enhancing students'scientific and cultural quality as well as comprehensive capabilities,and incorporating ideological and political education throughout the entire graduate training and management process,is essential to achieve the goal of providing satisfactory education for the people and realizing the construction of"double first-class"institutions.This contributes to educating people for the Party and fostering talent for the country.This paper elucidates how to construct a well-rounded"trinity"ideological and political education work pattern for graduates through top-level system design,Party-building to promote student work systems,effective integration of"three classrooms,"building a"three-tiered teaching staff",and advancing cultural education.
