摘　　要：该文在“三全育人”的基础上,以提高研究生教育质量和强化研究生创新能力为目标,将传统研究生导师指导模式加入以“研、学、言、行、心”为主要内容的“五位一体”新理念,提出构建多维度研究生导师团队指导模式。通过采取全员调动、全程跟进、全面展开的“三全”指导模式,从研究生指导的“研”“学”内化路径,“言”“行”外化路径和“心”指导基础这三个发展方向出发,提出多维度高效交流的研究生导师指导模式的构建路径。该模式路径的实现能够培养具有综合创新能力的高素质研究生。In this paper,on the basis of"three complete educations",in order to improve the quality of graduate education and strengthen the graduate student innovation ability as the goal,the new concept of"five-in-one"with"research,studying,communication,behavior,psychology"as the main content is added to the traditional graduate tutor guidance mode,and construct a multi-dimensional graduate tutor team guidance model.By adopting the"three complete education"guidance mode of full transfer,whole-process follow-up and full development,from the internalization path of"research"and"studying",external path of"communication""behavior"and guiding basis of"psychology",the paper put forward the construction path of the guidance mode of graduate tutors.The realization of this mode path can cultivate high-quality graduate students with comprehensive innovation ability.
